The kitchen units are a subtle peach, paired with a sage-coloured island that adds warmth to the space while complementing the lush green tones of the mature garden, visible through sleek black-framed windows and sliding doors. The worktops are finished in stunning brown and grey mottled Patagonia quartzite, adding a luxurious touch.
The kitchen also includes a sit-on breakfast bar with an integrated microwave and dedicated space for a coffee machine.
To optimise space, a Magic Corner unit has been installed, along with an integrated dishwasher, pull-out bin, and a larder fridge and freezer.
A large French-style island takes centre stage, featuring a spacious Belfast sink, ample storage, and seating for five.
The living area is bright and lively, with a striking yellow sofa offering views of the garden. This is complemented by a selection of colourful, patterned cushions, adding character and vibrancy to the room.
The lighting scheme has been carefully designed with a variety of ceiling lights at different heights, wall lights, feature lighting above the cooker, and floor-standing lamps. These layers of lighting create the perfect atmosphere for any occasion, whether it be task lighting, entertaining, or unwinding in the evening.
